Description of Service

Cat Archetype provides a behavioral quiz to identify your cat's personality archetype, and a personalized 12-week cat behavior program delivered through a member portal. The service is provided by Media Miso, accessible at catarchetype.com.

User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about yourself and your cat
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not share your account or portal access with others
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the program content
• Consult a veterinarian for medical or health concerns about your cat

Disclaimer

Important:

• Cat Archetype is a behavioral education program, not a veterinary service
• Results vary depending on individual cats, consistency of application, and other factors
• We do not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes
• This service does not replace professional veterinary or animal behaviorist advice

If your cat displays sudden behavioral changes, signs of pain, or aggression, consult a licensed veterinarian immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content, quiz questions, archetype descriptions, and program materials are the exclusive property of Media Miso. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the program content.

Your account grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the program during an active subscription.

Purchases & Subscriptions

Our subscription terms:

• 3-day free trial — no charge during trial period
• $6.97 for the first month after trial
• $19.97/month thereafter, billed monthly
• Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges

Limitation of Liability

Media Miso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Cat Archetype. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
