Subscription Policy

Overview

Cat Archetype offers a subscription-based 12-week cat behavior program. Access is provided through our member portal at catarchetype.com/portal. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms described below.

Free Trial

All new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial:

  • No charge during the 3-day trial period
  • Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge
  • Full access to the program during the trial

A temporary authorization hold may appear on your card to verify payment details. This is not a charge and is released immediately.

Pricing

Our current pricing (Step-Up plan):

  • Trial period (days 1–3): $0.00 — free
  • First month (after trial): $6.97
  • Ongoing monthly rate: $19.97/month

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You will be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance.

Billing

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Your card is charged on the same date each month (starting from trial end)
  • All prices are in USD
  • You will receive a receipt via email for each successful charge
  • Failed payments will be retried — subscription access may pause if payment fails
  • We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles all payment security

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

Cancellation methods:

During trial: Cancel anytime before day 3 ends. No charge.

After trial: Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the program within the first 30 days after your first paid charge, contact us and we'll process a full refund.

Changes to Subscription Terms

We may change subscription prices or terms. If we do:

  • Active subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance
  • Price changes will not apply mid-billing cycle
  • You may cancel at any time if you disagree with changes
